When you first arrive, you greeted with hellos and smiles very pleasant. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and very concerned about your welfare. All the exercises that I was to take home helping tremendously. Look forward every time for my visit to learn more.

I absolutely love the staff here they are pleasant. They know your name when you walk through the door and they know exactly what to do to make you feel better. The facility is clean and very welcoming.

This was my second time using ATI for post-surgery recovery. The Randallstown location really stood out. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and made my experience comfortable and supportive. I definitely will be back the WHOLE TEAM IS TOP TIER!!

I had the pleasure of working with the entire team of ATI at the Randallstown location. The team was very knowledgeable, skilled and displayed professionalism. They showed great support and encouragement throughout my personal recovery process. They explained my treatment plan and adjusted it as my mobility increased, and my pain level decreased. They also provided me with tools to help me maintain and to continue to strengthen me at home. They truly went above and beyond to help me achieve my goals in a timely manner. The team at ATI Randallstown provided a very warm and welcoming environment which allowed me to feel comfortable during a very challenging time.

My mom just completed her 6 week program today. Everybody has been amazing. Ravina is her Main therapist and has also worked with Dalila and Phillip. She has done so much better with everything. She enjoys coming back and is not looking into another month program to keep going.

ATI Randallstown is the best. I spent 4 months with them rehabing after knee replacement surgery and they took great care of me. They are very attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your recovery. They treat everyone like they are their number one priority. Couldn't ask for anything more. Phil, Shay, Delelah, Morris and the staff are A+. (forgive my spelling on the names guys if I got them wrong). If you need physical therapy, do it right, choose ATI Randallstown.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with my physical therapist Phil. I had a TKR. He does a great job and truly cares about making sure I get the full benefit from every PT session. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what we’re doing and why. I appreciate that he understands my limits and challenges me safely without ever pushing too far. I feel genuinely supported in my recovery, and I’m grateful for his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!

The therapy team at ATI Liberty Road are the best. They render awesome and authentic care. I receive good quality therapy. The receptionist is courteous and very professional. She demonstrates good customer service skills. Therapist Ravinaben has been extremely instrumental in helping me to use my left shoulder. She utilizes excellent techniques in therapy that has helped improve mobility of my left shoulder. In addition, Ravinaben is patient and thorough. I have improved a great deal since she became my therapist. Director Philip uses good teaching techniques when working with me. This has helped me understand how to do various exercises with ease. Furthermore, he explains my condition and how I can achieve maximum healing. Dalila has helped me with her verbal praise style in therapy. This helps me to press on when exercise becomes challenging. I cannot think of a better place to do therapy then 8511 Liberty Road. Kudos to the entire team. I am grateful to have all of them as a part of my recovery.

I had an amazing experience at this facility from start to finish. The staff was incredibly professional, caring, and attentive throughout my treatment. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me so much with my shoulder and back injury. Everyone made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for during every visit. The level of care and compassion I received was truly exceptional. I’m already feeling so much better thanks to their help. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care — 10/10 experience!
